1 Scope of Services & Certification Process

GlobalCertify operates as an independent conformity assessment body providing management system evaluation, audit review, and credential verification services under standards including, but not limited to, ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), ISO 27001 (Information Security), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety).

Certificates cannot be issued directly or acquired automatically upon application. All credentials are provided exclusively after the satisfactory completion of an audit evaluation, documentary verification, and conformity review by our audit committee. GlobalCertify is an independent private conformity assessment body not affiliated with or endorsed by the International Organization for Standardization (iso.org); all credentials issued represent independent, non-IAF conformity certifications administered under private operational standards.

3 Client Obligations & Information Accuracy

By requesting certification, the client represents and warrants that:

• All corporate information (company legal name, registered address, business activities, and authorized signatory details) supplied to GlobalCertify is true, accurate, and lawfully authorized.
• The organization is a legally incorporated or registered enterprise operating under applicable domestic and commercial laws.
• The certificate will not be utilized in any unlawful, deceptive, or misleading manner that may compromise public trust or violate industry regulations.

4 Online Verification & Anti-Counterfeit Safeguards

Every authentic GlobalCertify credential features a scannable QR code linked directly to our central verification engine (globalcertify.uk/verify).

Attempting to forge, replicate, alter serial numbers, or tamper with digital security seals is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offense. GlobalCertify immediately blacklists and reports any detected fraudulent certificates to commercial law enforcement bodies.

5 Use of Certification Logos & Marks

Certified organizations are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display the GlobalCertify certification badge and reference their ISO standard on business stationery, websites, marketing collaterals, and tender submissions, strictly in accordance with our Rules for Logo Use.

6 Third-Party Acceptance & Limitation of Liability

While GlobalCertify credentials are systematically accepted by leading corporate procurement committees, private vendor onboarding systems, and tender boards, the specific acceptance of any credential remains at the sole discretion of the respective tender authority, government department, or contracting client.

GlobalCertify, its directors, and assessors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential commercial losses arising from tender rejections, contract awards, or client business outcomes. Total cumulative liability under any service contract shall strictly not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific certification.
